Mayview Community Health Center

A primary care community health center with three locations in Northern Santa Clara County serving more than 6,000 people a year, of which 1,354 are children ages 0-5. It partners with Valley Medical Center and other area providers to offer culturally-sensitive primary care to all patients regardless of ability to pay.
