School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County

A federally funded nonprofit that runs five primary care pediatric clinics in conjunction with four school districts in San Jose and Gilroy. Its locations, which serve over 5,000 people a year, are conveniently located and the majority of patients are children ages 0-5.
