Axis Community Health

A federally qualified health clinic providing high quality health care to low-income residents of Pleasanton and Livermore. The clinic offers primary care, reproductive health services, pediatric care, mental health care, WIC services, and addiction counseling. Axis serves over 12,000 patients a year, 20% of whom are children ages 0-5.
