The network includes faith-based institutions, farmworker programs, domestic violence shelters, ethnic community-focused organizations, libraries, and other entities that serve immigrants.

A multiservice safety net organization that runs a family resource center in Davenport and provides immigration and day worker support, rental and emergency financial assistance, and support to CalWorks participants. Its programs assist over 9,000 low-income people.

A legal service provider that specializes in housing, immigration, and civil litigation. Its Housing Program works to safeguard decent and affordable housing by working with clients to resolve specific housing problems, including eviction, habitability, and discrimination. It serves around 500 households annually, an estimated half of which have children.
