A local nonprofit that partners with community-based organizations, public entities, and public school systems to provide health screenings, connect families with health care and health insurance for infants and children, and offer healthy living education. Its programs screen over 32,000 children annually for dental, vision, and hearing issues and connects them with follow-up care and treatment.
