Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley

A federally qualified health clinic and an Urban Indian Health Program that provides high-quality and culturally-competent health care to American Indians/Alaska Natives and community members. It serves approximately 20,000 people a year, over 3,000 of whom are children ages 0-5.
